What is My Custom Gifting?

We’re an online store specializing in thoughtful, made-to-order personalized gifts — from wall art and home decor to apparel and drinkware — all handcrafted to make gifting more meaningful.

How do I place an order?

Just select a product, personalize it with the options available, and add it to your cart. Follow the checkout process and we’ll take care of the rest!

Can I preview my personalized item before ordering?

Yes! Most of our products feature live previews using Customily, so you can see exactly how your design will look before checking out.

Do you offer gift wrapping or custom messages?

At the moment, we don’t offer gift wrapping, but many of our items can include a custom printed message as part of the design.

Personalization

How do I personalize my item?

Each product page has easy-to-use customization options. Just enter your name, initial, date, or upload an image — and you’ll see a live preview before ordering.

Can I change my personalization after placing the order?

We begin processing custom orders right away, so changes may not be possible. Please email us at info@mycustomgifting.com immediately, and we’ll do our best to help.

Are the colors and layout in the preview accurate?

Yes — what you see in the preview is a close representation of what will be printed. Slight color variations may occur due to screen differences.

Can I add special characters or emojis?

In most cases, yes — but some fonts or designs may not support special characters. If there’s an issue, we’ll contact you before printing.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping, including the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, the EU, and many other countries.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are based on your location:

USA, UK, Australia, Canada & EU

  • Flat rate: $5.99
  • Free shipping on orders over $100

Rest of the World

  • Flat rate: $9.99
  • Free shipping on orders over $200

All applicable shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are delivered within 4–7 business days after production.

Since all items are made to order, delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and during peak seasons.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes — as soon as your order ships, we’ll send tracking details to your email so you can follow its journey to your door.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Since each product is personalized, we can only accept returns if the item is damaged or defective.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mycustomgifting.com or through our Returns Portal, and include photos so we can assist quickly.

Can I return a personalized item if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, no. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect personalization details submitted.

How do I request a refund or replacement?

Simply email us or start a request via our Returns Portal. We'll review your case and respond promptly.
